When end customers visit your public storefront or scan your BrandQR code, we collect basic analytics event data (such as page views, scans, and WhatsApp link clicks) along with non-identifying browser/device types and geographical locations to compile stats for your dashboard.

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our platform and dynamic QR code builder.
- Improve, personalize, and expand storefront themes and customization options.
- Understand and analyze how visitors interact with your QR storefront profiles.

3. Firestore & Storage Data Retention
All customer profiles, digital catalogs, food menus, leads submitted via contact forms, and QR style configurations are securely stored within Firebase Cloud Firestore and Cloudflare R2 storage systems.
You maintain full ownership of your data. You may modify or delete your storefront listings, catalogue items, menu details, and inquiries at any time directly through the dashboard.
4. Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, BrandQR uses 'cookies' to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
5. Third-Party Services
We leverage third-party hosting, database, and asset storage providers (such as Firebase/Google Cloud Platform and Cloudflare) to ensure uptime and fast delivery of your storefronts. These services handle data in accordance with their own strict security policies.
